Shipping Policy

Once an order is created, it will usually be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed over the holidays will be dispatched when the holidays are over. You will receive an email when the item is shipped from Cypherock's warehouse.

Below are the estimated delivery time and shipment costs for some countries. Detailed shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges paid at checkout cover the delivery of your order only. They do not include any import duties, customs charges, import taxes, clearance fees, or brokerage fees that may be imposed when your shipment enters the destination country.

If your destination country applies any such charges, they are set by the relevant customs authority or carrier and must be paid by the recipient. Cypherock does not control, collect, or determine these charges, and they may vary depending on your destination and local import rules.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you would like to estimate any possible import charges.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because import charges remain unpaid, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Any return shipping, customs, or handling charges incurred may also be deducted from any refund, where applicable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any destination-specific import charges required to receive your package.

For orders shipped to the United States, we offer two delivery methods that differ in how customs duties and import charges are handled.

Standard shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price shown at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Express shipping is CIF. Customs duties and any applicable import charges are not included in the price and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, in line with the general customs policy described above.

Once an order is created, there will be two separate emails sent to the customer’s mailbox at different stages:

To make sure the package is delivered to the correct address on time, please carefully examine if you have entered the correct address and phone number before submitting the order. Make sure you fill in a contact number that is accessible in case of missing delivery calls.

After the order is submitted, a tracking number will be updated to your email. Please pay close attention to the status of your package and reach out to us if you notice anything wrong with the order.
